By visiting fotostrip.online or using any part of our service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

Fotostrip provides a free, browser-based tool that allows users to:

• Take photos using their device's webcam with an automatic countdown
• Upload existing photos from their device
• Apply real-time filters, frames, stickers, and custom titles
• Create and download photo strips in PNG and animated GIF formats

The service is provided free of charge and without requiring account registration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

You own your photos. All photos you take or upload using Fotostrip remain entirely your property. We make no claim of ownership, rights, or license over any image you create or use through Fotostrip.

Since all photo processing happens within your browser and your images are never transmitted to our servers, we have no access to your photos at any time.

By using Fotostrip, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use any photos you upload
• Your use does not infringe any third-party copyright, privacy, or other rights
• You will not use Fotostrip to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates applicable laws

The Fotostrip name, logo, website design, frame templates, sticker designs, source code, and all other content created by us are our intellectual property, protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Fotostrip-owned content without our express written permission.

Your use of Fotostrip is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it to understand how we handle data.

Camera access is optional and is used solely to power the photobooth feature locally within your browser. We do not record, store, or transmit your camera feed.

Fotostrip is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. By using Fotostrip, you acknowledge that advertisements may appear on the site. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Fotostrip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Any specific feature will remain available indefinitely
• Downloaded photo strips will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fotostrip and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fotostrip and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Fotostrip may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as Google Fonts, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Fotostrip after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Fotostrip at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the applicable territory.
